Hi there! Look at the cute little turkeys we made today in class, in honour of Thanksgiving! I've done this craft before with real leaves, except they evetually all crumbled and disintergrated. I much prefer the craft with paper feathers and real ones! Have fun! My students loved them!

Here's what you need:
🍁 toilet paper roll
🍁 colourful construction paper
🍁 glue
🍁 scissors
🍁 black marker
🍁 feathers
🍁 body template (see below) printed on sheets of kraft paper

CricutMaker,

Mini Leaf Garland

Happy Fall! I had fun making a tiny leaf garland for our mantel today. The colours were inspired from a table runner we had found at Ikea last season. For those who use a Cricut, here is the link to the project: Mini Leaf Garland. I also have a print and cut version that I used for my classroom a couple years back: Fall leaf Garland (print and cut)

Materials needed: coloured cardstock, thread and a big needle!
I love it so much!

Kindness Rocks

This Summer, I made some painted "kindness Rocks" with my neice, to leave around Calgary. I first heard of this project through Facebook a while ago: #kindnessrocksproject. I love, love, love this project!! Check out their website! We found all our rocks during a hike by the Water at Fish Creek. It was so fun to paint these little guys and spend some great quality family time. :)
